Abigail has been coaching since 2007. She specializes in life coaching for adults affected by ADHD. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and a Certified Life Coach (CLC) through the Institute of Life Coach Training.
A native of Washington DC, Abigail is the author of “Forget Perfect:How to Succeed in Your Profession and Personal Life Even if You Have ADHD.” She also contributed to three books edited by Laurie Dupar, “365 Ways to Succeed with ADHD: A Full Year of Valuable Tips and Strategies from the World’s Best ADHD Coaches and Experts,” “365+1 Ways to Succeed with ADHD: A Whole New Year’s Worth of Tips and Strategies from the World’s Best ADHD Coaches and Experts,” and “More Ways to Succeed with ADHD: Even More Strategies from the World’s Best ADHD Coaches and Experts.”
