LIFE DOESN’T COME WITH AN INSTRUCTION BOOKLET.
Even if it did, none of us likes being told what to do and usually those doing the telling have their own interests to protect. So what are we to do when we’re struggling with time management, work/life balance, or overwhelm? When you feel that things need to change, and that you’re ready for that change, executive coaching can be impactful in your professional and personal life.
COACHING IS A PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE COACH AND THE “COACHEE.”
Coaching is a safe place where the client can try out ideas for change in habits, and ways of living with the safety net of a professionally-trained coach who has years of practical experience. Whether you’re looking for professional advice; career and executive coaching; support for time management and work/life balance; or strategies for your personal life that can help you cope with overwhelm, we’re here to help.
ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE AND CAREER? EXECUTIVE COACHING CAN HELP.
Are you ready to examine your life, ask yourself tough questions and act on the answer? Coaching – whether it’s executive, productivity, life, or other – can help you reach your fullest potential. Working as a team, we will identify positive strategies to move you forward to a more fulfilling life both professionally and personally.
LIFE SHOULD BE JOYFUL, CREATIVE, AND PROFITABLE! TOGETHER WE WILL DISCOVER WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU THROUGH COACHING.
During a time of transition with aging parents, family dynamics, and starting a business, I came to Abigail because I needed to gain focus, develop a strategy and create a plan. Abigail has a wonderful sense of humor and lighthearted way of helping her clients deal with tough situations. She has tremendous coaching skills and is easy to talk to ... i.e. empathy, active listening, structure and a process for moving clients forward. Abigail provides a safe place to process thoughts and feelings without judgment and gives hope and encouragement and honest feedback. Abigail helped me through a very difficult time in my personal and professional life. Now, my parents are very happy in their new retirement community. My family is happy and less stressed knowing my parents are well cared for. I can focus on moving forward in my career and business development.
